ASCE Policies and Priorities

ASCE has over 150 policies covering many diverse aspects of civil engineering. Every year, ASCE's Board of Direction approves a Priority Issues list to focus the advocacy efforts of ASCE staff and volunteers. Visit http://www.asce.org/pressroom/news/policies_priorities.cfm to view ASCE's policies and priorities. COPRI related policies include topics such as coastal and offshore development, improvement and maintenance of ports, harbors and waterways, and restoring and maintaining America's beaches.

ASCE adopted two new policies which were developed and promoted by the Wetland and Sediment Management Committee.
